The rest of the story...

One of the many people I had called asking if they knew where my keys were called me back and offered to come get me. I stated that wouldn't do any good, because my car would still be at the church. She offered to stop by my house and get my extra key for me, but that wouldn't work because our keypad for the garage is broken. So she and her daughter came to the church and picked me up, took me back to my house to get my extra key(thank the Lord I keep my house key on a separate key ring!), then we went BACK to the church where she helped me look some more. No luck. I finally left using my spare key, down-hearted. I have NEVER lost my keys. In my depressed state, I decided I wanted a sweet tea from Chicken Express. Once there, I come to the speaker and the guy asks me to wait. Ok, fine. The people in front of me scooted up, and because they usually come outside the building and take your order, so did I. We sit there for almost 5 minutes, and the guy comes over the speaker and takes the order of the lady BEHIND me!!! I left, thinking On The Border was a good remedy for all this calamity. The wait was 20-30 minutes for a table. I took ToGo and was outta there in 10 minutes. While eating my food in the car, I got a call from the girl who had borrowed my car. I called her back - they had found my keys!!! YAY!!!!!!

P.S. I left alot of emotion out of this escapade. At any given moment I was ready to cry my eyes out, I was that frustrated!

P.P.S I also forgot to add at the beginning of this story the fact that my parents were out of town, making the situation even worse, given that someone besides family had to come get me.

Me too! At one point(while still stuck at the church) I just sat down and bawled. I can't remember the last time I did that!
